Welcome to FlipPress. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the FlipPress website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using FlipPress, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptable Use

You agree to use FlipPress in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

You may not:

• Use FlipPress to upload or publish unlawful, misleading, infringing, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of FlipPress
• Scrape, crawl, or index the FlipPress website or service for commercial or competitive purposes
• Use FlipPress in any way that disrupts or degrades the platform or other users' experience

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Listings and Marketplace Disclaimer

FlipPress is a listing automation platform. We do not:

• Guarantee the success or visibility of any listings published through FlipPress
• Offer assurances regarding product sales, traffic, or ranking

All listings are the responsibility of the user. You must ensure your items, descriptions, and marketplace conduct comply with the rules of the platform you're listing on.

3. Account Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to FlipPress at our sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Violations of these Terms
• Suspected misuse or abuse of the platform
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious activity

4. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

If you purchase a subscription or other paid service through FlipPress:

• All payments are final unless explicitly stated otherwise
• No refunds will be issued for partial use or early cancellation
• Subscription renewals may be automated unless canceled before the billing date

We reserve the right to change pricing or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice.

5. Third-Party Integrations

FlipPress connects with external platforms such as eBay and Etsy for listing automation.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• FlipPress is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with eBay, Etsy, or any third-party marketplace
• Your use of such marketplaces remains subject to their own terms and policies

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FlipPress shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

FlipPress is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no guarantees regarding uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any legal action arising under or relating to these Terms shall be filed and maintained exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted to this page and will take effect upon publication. Continued use of FlipPress after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
