Flip-Press-Social

The internal dashboard FlipPress uses to publish its own marketing content to the brand's connected social accounts.

What this application does

Flip-Press-Social is a private, team-only publishing dashboard operated by FlipPress. A signed-in team member connects the company's own brand accounts, selects a video or image the company produced, writes the caption, and publishes it to those accounts. Every post is the company's own marketing material, published to the company's own profiles.

It is not a consumer product, not a marketplace, and not a service offered to third parties. No member of the public can sign in, and no third-party content is published through it.

How this application uses TikTok

Login Kit — user.info.basic
The "Connect TikTok" button starts TikTok's OAuth flow. After the account owner consents, the access and refresh tokens are stored server-side and the dashboard shows the connected state so the user can see which account will receive a post.

Content Posting API — video.upload, video.publish
From the dashboard the user selects an uploaded video, sets the title, privacy level, and interaction settings, confirms the required disclosures, and publishes it to the connected account. video.upload covers the upload path; video.publish covers direct posting. Each publish is an explicit action taken by the user in the dashboard — nothing is posted automatically without that action.

How data is handled

Access and refresh tokens are stored encrypted on our servers and used only to act on the account that granted them.
Tokens and account data are never sold, shared, or transferred to any third party.
We request only the permissions the dashboard actually uses.
Disconnecting the account in the dashboard, or revoking access from TikTok settings, ends our access immediately.
